Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions, Department of Pension & Pensioners’ Welfare has issued notice for holding of  27th meeting of Standing Committee of Voluntary Agencies(SCOVA) under the Chairmanship of Hon’ble MOS(PP),  on 13th October 2015 at 11.00 AM at Hall No.3 Vigyan Bhawan, Maulana Azad Road New Delhi. Important issues of the Pensioners are in the agenda. From the past experience it is presumed that nothing positive would emerge.
