Purulia 2nd biennial district conference was held on 13th september 2015 at Purulia Telephone Exchange. A presidium consisting of Coms Dhruba Singh and Nihar Singh conducted the conference. Coms Lakshmikanta Bag District Secretary and Com Bhaskar Mukherjee ,Treasurer placed the report and Accounts respectively. After discussion by the members the above were adopted. Relevant to mention Com Ajit Nandan ACS was scheduled to attend the conference on behalf of the circle but due to sudden illness he failed to attend. Coms Dhrubapada Singh, Lakshmikanta Bag and Moharlal Chowdhury elected as President, District Secretary and Treasurer respectively.
