The following issues were agreed to by Shri Kuldeep Goyal, then CMD BSNL on 10-06-2010 during the discussions AIBDPA leaders had with him:
 

1. Quarters lying vacant will be allotted to the pensioners on standard rent basis.
2. Rs. 15,000/- be granted to meet the funeral expenditure of the pensioner.
3. Subsequent IDAs also be calculated for annual limit for out door treatment for BSNL retirees.
4. BSNL DOT Pensioners be given broad band connections at the same concessional rates be given to serving employees.
5. BSNLMRS be extended to the family pensioners.

 CHQ AIBDPA in a letter to Shri Gopal Das, CMD BSNL has demanded early follow up action so that these issues can be settled at BSNL level.
