78.2% IDA MERGER-EXPENDITURE DEPARTMENT CONTINUES THE DELAY TACTICS.

The Department of Expenditure with whom the file of 78.2% IDA merger to BSNL pensioners is pending for the last three months, is yet to clear the file. This fact is revealed when Com K. G. Jayaraj, General Secretary contacted the DOE on today, the 9th October, 2014.
