The Kerala Circle Executive Committee Meeting was held at K.G.Bose Bhawan, Ernakulam on 3rd June, 2014. Com.P.V.Chandrasekharan, Circle President presided. Com.N.Ramesan, Circle Secretary welcomed and presented a brief report.

Com.P.V.Chandrasekharan in his presidential address explained in detail the developments in the intervening period with particular emphasis on the memorandum to be submitted to the 7th Central Pay Commission and the present position on 78.2% IDA merger. All the CEC members actively participated in the discussion.

The meeting decided to implement the decision of CHQ to conduct Protest Day on 5th June,2014,against the unjutified delay on 78.2% IDA merger,successfully.

The meeting also decided to complete the biennial District Conferences by September and hold the Circle Conference in the first week of October,2014 at Thiruvananthapuram.
