SNEA has flashed the news that the cabinet has taken up the issue of 78.2% and is reported to have deferred seeking further clarification/information. The cabinet note contains not only the 78.2% merger to BSNL pensioners but also the proposal for waiving the 60.40 formula. The authenticity of the report is yet to be known so also the details.
